AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following:Clients MUST be 18 years or older to agree to these terms.Clients DO NOT have the right to mint their commissions as NFT nor use the art for generative AI purposes.Clients may not copy or trace my work in any way.Clients may edit their commissioned works in minor ways, such as use in Profile Pictures, Social Media Banners, or Youtube Thumbnails and similar cases.Clients may not use the commission for commercial purposes (i.e. merchandise) or otherwise profit off of the commission unless otherwise discussed beforehand.Clients will credit myself for the work when reposting commissioned work.I retain the copyright to all work I produce. I may post these works to my social media platforms with proper credit to the client for ownership of the character’s design.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Currency accepted is USD and paid via Ko-Fi. Please notify me via discord/twitter upon payment.
Payment plans are accepted, but I’ll complete work as payments are sent.Full refunds may occur if a commission has been canceled before I have started to work on it.If the commission process has already started, a partial refund may be available depending on to what extent the project is completed.Partial refunds may be available if I have failed to deliver a commission in a reasonable, timely manner. (Exceeding 3 months with no communication.) Some leniency is allowed as long as delays in expected project timeline are clearly communicated with the Client.Delivery of a project (project files) may be withheld if payment from Client is not fulfilled at the time I have completed the work.
